What should I do if the tutor doesn't enter the lesson room?

If the tutor is not present at the start time of the lesson, it is likely there is a connection issue on the tutor’s side.

There is a possibility that the issue can be resolved with your action. We kindly ask you to try the following:
1. Press the 'Reconnect' button.
2. Re-enter the room.
3. Restart the app and enter again.

*The action above is also effective if the room does not operate normally, such as when an error screen appears or chat cannot be sent.
*Please wait about 10 seconds after pressing.

If you still cannot confirm the tutor's presence after trying the above, please contact us through the 'Inquiry' page. We will issue a lesson ticket in response to the inquiry, so please make another reservation.
